Refund & Returns Policy
All of our products are made to order.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will offer a replacement or refund once the issue has been confirmed.
To process your request, please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item and issue
- Description of the problem
Important Notes
- Items cannot be returned or refunded for non-fault reasons after delivery.
- All items are made to order, so we cannot accept returns for sizing errors or buyer’s remorse.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
